Custom
crafted doors to your specifications. Standard woods are fir and red
cedar; others available on special order. Call for pricing.
Construction:
Frame - is solid wood, 1 3/4" thick x 7" wide (bottom
rail is 10" wide)
Panels - are 1/2" thick, laminated. Joints are glued and
doweled.
Glass - is 1/4" plate, tempered with a 1" bevel (30"
wide door has four lights, 36" has six lights, 42" has eight
lights).
Doors sold are
unfinished; finishing instructions are available. A primer
coat can be supplied for an additional $105 on a door alone, $155 on a
pre-hung door.

Other Woods available as special orders include; Red Cedar, Red
Oak and Mahogany, please inquire regarding current availability and pricing.
Pre-hung doors include jamb width to your
specifications, milled from 2x6 or 2x8 material; weather-stripping routed into
door and frame; oak sill and threshold; aluminum draft stop for bottom of door;
mortising for lock. Brick mold is $100-$150 extra, depending on door size.
Hinges are not included in price; they
may be chosen from our list of hinges. Prices range from $18 to $75.00 (contact
us for further details).
Custom Sidelights of any design are
available, separate or prehung. Sidelights can range from $800 up and
prehung units including door plus two sidelights start at $3,800.
Shipping on individual doors ( if needed) ranges from
$250. -$650. Crating is required and costs $200. - $600. Shipping and crating
is billed separately.
