Pre-hung doors are milled from 2x6 or 2x8 material; weather-stripping routed into door and frame; oak sill and threshold; aluminum draft stop for bottom of door; mortising for lock. Brick mold is $100-$150 extra, depending on door size. Please don’t forget to include your desired jamb width on your specifications.
Hinges are not included in price; they may be chosen from our list of hinges.
Custom Sidelights of any design are available, separate or pre-hung. Sidelights can range from $700 up and pre-hung units including door plus two sidelights start at $3,600.
Shipping on individual doors (if needed) ranges from $200-$600. Crating is required and costs $175-$500. Shipping and crating is billed separately.
